Deletes the specified EBS volume¶

Description¶

Deletes the specified EBS volume. The volume must be in the available state (not attached to an instance).

The volume can remain in the deleting state for several minutes.

Usage¶

ec2_delete_volume(VolumeId, DryRun)

Arguments¶

VolumeId: [required] The ID of the volume.
DryRun: Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have the required permissions, the error response is DryRunOperation. Otherwise, it is UnauthorizedOperation.

Value¶

An empty list.
