Updates an Amazon EBS volume's name or mount point¶

Description¶

Updates an Amazon EBS volume's name or mount point. For more information, see Resource Management.

Required Permissions: To use this action, an IAM user must have a Manage permissions level for the stack, or an attached policy that explicitly grants permissions. For more information on user permissions, see Managing User Permissions.

Usage¶

opsworks_update_volume(VolumeId, Name, MountPoint)

Arguments¶

VolumeId

[required] The volume ID.

Name

The new name. Volume names can be a maximum of 128 characters.

MountPoint

The new mount point.

Value¶

An empty list.
