AWS Athena backend dbplyr version 1 and 2

Create s3 implementation of sql_translate_env for AWS Athena sql translate environment based off Athena Data Types and DML Queries, Functions, and Operators

sql_translate_env.AthenaConnection(con)

sql_escape_string.AthenaConnection(con, x)

Arguments

con

An AthenaConnection object, produced by [DBI::dbConnect()]

x

An object to escape. Existing sql vectors will be left as is, character vectors are escaped with single quotes, numeric vectors have trailing `.0` added if they're whole numbers, identifiers are escaped with double quotes.
